If the parcel that you would like is already rented, please IM Daisy Kwon to be placed on a wait list. You will be notified when it is available to rent.

All rentals include a house and some landscaping. The rental house cannot be changed to your own house. Rent can be paid weekly. Allotted prims are for furnishing your house, decks, and beach areas. Please read the rental agreement before you pay tier. Items placed on your parcel must be in keeping with the theme of the sim, must be in good taste, and must not cause excessive lag to maintain a good environment for all renters and visitors to the sim. Stop in the Rental Office near the landing point for more information about rentals.

Each parcel is private and has a security orb provided for your use. This is a moderate sim so no nudity or sex outside of the rental home. The land parcel is set so that an avatar not on your parcel cannot see any avatars on your parcel. You may set your own music/media settings. I also provide information on how you can change your parcel to the windlight you desire if you want something other than the sim windlight. This sim changes with the season so land terrain will change in the fall and winter.
